Pink Peppercorns are not true peppercorns, but are the dried berries of the Baies Rose plant from Brazil. Pink Peppercorns add a delicately sweet and nutty flavor to dishes with. They don t have the same heat as traditional peppercorns, and their slightly spicy kick compliments a variety of dishes from vegetable to poultry to fish.
